Finding Your Home Site - You may or may not already own a home site on which to build your new home. It doesn't matter! Shoulders Construction will help you find and purchase a location in one of the many beautiful subdivisions or outlying properties in the Greater Henderson area.

Design & Decorating - After meeting to assess your wants and needs in your new home, we set your appointment with one of our qualified home design specialists. We will also work with you an/or your professional interior decorating team and the many other specialty consultants who will help you with your decorating needs.

Construction Begins - Once you have successfully located your home site, finished your new home plans and decorating specifications, you are ready to begin construction.

On-site Meetings - Once construction begins, we will schedule several on-site meetings during the building process to answer any questions or concerns you may have and to walk you through your new home to verify the many options that you chose for your new home.

Orientation & Your Move-In! - After construction is complete, you will be given an orientation walk through at which time you will be introduced to the workings of your new home. Then comes the day you have anxiously been anticipating, the day your family moves into your comfortable, energy efficient new home. Your dream is now a beautiful reality. A home with all the features you've always dreamed about!!!
